- When looking for a dock builder we consulted three Lake Wylie area builders. What we liked about The Masters Construction was their ability to do a turn-key job. Consultation, design and implementation are all handled under one roof. Other contractors would only do the docks. We needed everything and we were looking for a one-stop solution.
After meeting with Casey we felt a comfort that we did not feel with the other builders we met. He was knowledgeable about his product and what he could deliver. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision. He has been there every step of the way and insured my wife and I were happy with the progress. When we made changes to our original plans they adapted and ensured everything looked as if it were part of the original plan. My job keeps me traveling, I was kept informed with weekly updates and photos of the progress. We always knew what was going on even though we could not always be there. They offered great client communication throughout the project.
We have met a lot of our new lake neighbors who have come by offering their complements. Dale and I both want to say “THANK YOU” for making this multi-phase project such a pleasure.

- I just wanted to send you a note to express my and Marty’s gratitude over the excellent work you did on our dock. In a day and age when customer service is often sorely lacking, especially in the construction industry, the work you and your fellow workers from The Masters Construction Company did on our dock was exemplary.
From the initial phone call through the design stage and submission of plans for approval, you were courteous and responsive. You listened to our input and made very helpful suggestions. You and your crew of men were ready to start almost immediately after our plans were approved. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and there was never any mess for us to clean up. I think the thing I was most impressed with was calling us to suggest the newest PVC product for the decking material instead of the composite we initially had decided on. Having now seen the finished product, I think the suggestion was dynamite and perfect for our deck.

Casey returned my phone call within 1 hour, and was at our dock 2 days later. 2 days after that, their crew was on site to fix the roof as well as reinforce all other areas for lasting use. I was impressed with their knowledge, attention to detail, and their willingness to go beyond the job scope to make it right. We were so impressed with their professionalism and communication through the process via phone, e-mail, and digital photos, that we added composite decking to the dock enhancement and have contracted them to build a second dock for us".
